Begin With The Past: Building the National Museum of African American History and Culture by Mabel Wilson
The Stabler-Leadbeater Apothecary was a business in Alexandria, VA from 1792 until 1933. When the business eventually went bankrupt, the building was closed up as is, leaving the original equipment and botanicals. It was really fascinating getting to tour the building and the store room.
